Eligibility
Undergraduate applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 4.0 or higher on a 4.5 scale.; Applicants with awards in security competitions such as digital forensics, defensive hacking, or cryptography are preferred.; Final selection is made through document review and in-depth interviews, with emphasis on sincerity, responsibility, and commitment to research.; Graduate applicants are selected after individual consultation and research-topic discussion.
AI Research Infrastructure
The lab provides an in-house RAG-based LLM environment specialized for digital forensics and information security.; Dedicated LLM and AI-based research tools are available for agentic coding, data analysis, and research automation.; Major AI frameworks, cloud services such as AWS and Azure, and paid research accounts may be supported as needed.
Academic Support
Publication and presentation expenses for domestic and international journals and conferences, including KCI and SCIE venues, are supported.; Travel, accommodation, and registration expenses for academic events may be supported.; Participation in security competitions, challenges, hackathons, and exhibitions is encouraged and financially supported where appropriate.
Career Development
Certification exam fees for relevant credentials such as Engineer Information Security, EnCE, and CFCE may be supported.; Researchers may participate in national R&D and industry collaboration projects and may receive stipends depending on project participation.; The lab supports internship matching, job recommendations, and guidance for graduate study at Hansei University and related institutions.
